以及疫情所帶來的影響為探討方向。 研究結果顯示地創型之觀光社企大多以教育體驗融入觀光遊程；受訪企業所經歷的挑戰中以對外溝通困難為挑戰之最，另外在資金來源、盈利模式、組織調適等方面亦存在挑戰。而遊程發展進程可分類為遊程優化提升、風土餐桌的形塑、價值平衡點的找尋、國際能量的引動等 4 大面向；記憶觀光體驗之實踐部分，總結出互動、創意、感動、行銷宣傳為有效創造遊客記憶體驗的方式；分析受訪企業在 7 個記憶觀光體驗維度上的不同表現手法，分別為：享樂主義、身心舒暢、當地文化、意義、知識、參與和好奇；另外受疫情影響，受訪者皆認為遊客行為會變得保守嚴謹。 經資料整理及分析，本研究針對地創型之觀光

志願服務在國內各志工運用單位推廣下已蔚為風尚，相關志工研究觸及各面向，防汛護水志工之議題則以本研究為首。 在極端氣候影響下，台灣每逢汛期複合式災情嚴重。防汛護水志工是河川局平時防患未然、汛期搶險救災的好夥伴，在本身熟悉的環境扮演第一線主動查報、隨時通報、協力防救的角色，具極大功能。 本研究採量化方式進行，旨在瞭解防汛護水志工工作壓力、參與動機及組織承諾之現況及三者之間的關係。調查之問卷包含「志工基本資料、工作壓力、參與動機、組織承諾」。共發出150份，剔除無效問卷，統計樣本126份。研究資料整理採描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)、皮爾森(Pearso
n)積差相關係數分析等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究主要結論如下:防汛護水志工人口結構以男性為多是其特殊點。工作壓力屬中等偏低程度，但各構面題項標準差整體偏較高，顯見其感受程度較參差。參與動機及組織承諾皆屬高等程度，參與動機「獲賞因素」構面平均數最低，志工以獲得服務單位的資源或獎勵最不看重；組織承諾各題項平均數皆高於4分，志工對組織有強烈的認同及忠誠。在「性別」上，女性整體參與動機及「回饋因素」、「組織因素」構面高於男性；在「組織中的職務」上，幹部工作壓力「人際因素」構面的感受程度高於一般志工；「年齡」變項在參與動機構面「個人因素」71歲（含）以上的較高齡志工感受程度是高於「61-70歲
（含）」及「50歲（含）以下」的志工。「教育程度」變項工作壓力感受程度以大專（含）以上最低。「不同職業」變項在整體組織承諾上「退休或家管」明顯比「工商服務業」還高。相關係數分析方面，整體參與動機量表和整體組織承諾量表為中高度正相關；整體工作壓力量表和整體參與動機量表及整體組織承諾量表皆無顯著相關。
